Ramon Noel is a licensed cosmetologist and professional photographer. Ramon studied cosmetology at Del Mar College and graduated at the top of his class in 2002. Since then Ramon has developed talents in hairstyling, fashion design, and photography. Ramon likes to combine his hairstyling creations with beautiful photography to capture one’s style & beauty in affordable lasting digital and print photography.
